Our home service contracts provide protection against the cost of repairing mechanical breakdowns and malfunctions in your home based on the specific items covered in your chosen plan. A mechanical failure or breakdown means that a covered item becomes inoperable and unable to perform as intended. Our lowest-cost plan covers 8 items; our most comprehensive plan covers 22. Optional coverages are also available.
Please note that covered items must be properly maintained and in good working order at the time of enrollment; pre-existing conditions are not covered. After purchasing a plan, the buyer must wait 30 days before using it.
